Rapid Flow Dairy Water Heaters
Wilson Rapid Flow units offer versatility and efficiency for dairy operations of all sizes. With 12 sizes available, ranging from 315 litres up to 2,000 litres, you can find the perfect fit for your needs.
Our dairy water heaters are engineered to deliver a consistent flow rate of approximately 180 litres per minute of hot water, maintaining a temperature between 95-96 degrees Celsius. Equipped with adjustable thermostats and supplied with tip to toe and element anodes, our units ensure reliability and longevity.
Flexible solutions
Choosing the right unit is crucial for your cleaning programs. Our range offers flexibility to accommodate various needs, with options ranging from traditional copper cylinders with painted steel cases to premium stainless steel cylinders with stainless steel outer cases.
Concerned about electricity costs?
The Rapid Flow unit utilises off-peak electricity rates, optimising cost-effectiveness in water heating. Plus, booster elements are included to restore any heat loss between morning and afternoon milkings.
Practical and functional
Designed with practicality in mind, our units feature aesthetically designed polyethylene cold feed supply tanks that neatly fit onto the side of the RF unit, minimizing overall dimensions while maximising functionality.
To ensure durability, all dairy water heaters are insulated with highly efficient polyurethane insulation, providing superior heat retention. Additionally, sacrificial anodes are fitted as standard to combat the effects of aggressive water supplies.
Invest in Wilson Rapid Flow Dairy Water Heaters for efficient, reliable, and cost-effective hot water solutions tailored to your dairy operation’s needs.
