Floor Mounted Water Heaters
Open Vented Floor Mounted Water Heaters
Wilson low pressure electric water heaters are designed to operate up to a head pressure of 7.0 metres via an overhead cold water feed tank. The water heater can be installed in the ceiling space or at floor level. The position of the overhead cold water feed tank controls the flow performance of the heater: the higher the header tank (max. 7m), the better the flow rate. These hot water heaters must be vented to atmosphere.
Wilson floor type electric hot water systems are constructed of copper, enclosed in an extremely efficient insulation with a painted steel outer case. These water heaters can be heated with alternative energy options, such as solar and/or stove and can be fitted with a mains pressure coil.
